Really fast service and not much of a wait for anything here. I was really Hangry like when you're soo hungry you get Angry -Hangry and Ihop made me happy. I ordered orange juice and ice and right away she brought out my drink it really made my morning. The juice tasted really fresh. I ordered my eggs over easy and they came out perfect , a little oil like I always expect from IHOP. The home fries are shredded potatoes..it is just delicious and oily crispy goodness! My friend got the meat lovers omelet it was huge and full of meat. This time i had a plain waffle. It was good, i like how you have a few choices of syrup to try like strawberry, blueberry, butter pecan, and maple is pretty good. I love the multigrain harvest pancakes here. It's like it's dessert, or a cake I love the bits of granola in it. Everything came so quickly I had such a great experience every time I've been here.

Gotta say, now that they have the California Scramble, I'm liking IHOP much more; at least an extra star's worth. It is a fantastic vegetarian option! Also, some of the seasoned female wait staff is clearly superior to the bumbling men...ask for a booth but only if one of the ladies has one! ps Roseann is the best by far, but swamped on Sundays with her regulars. Some of the other current wait staff are not so good...it's hit or miss, as some cannot handle their sections when tables are full, and a few cannot handle their sections at half capacity (hint: avoid Carlos or Kim if you are hungry or have anything else to do that day). For a service and turn-over driven business, no es bueno.

I went to IHOP a few days ago for National Pancake Day. They gave a free short stack of their buttermilk pancakes. There was a box near the cashiers desk where you could leave a donation for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. I got to eat pancakes and donate to a good cause at the same time. The restaurant was attractive and appeared to be clean. Service was excellent in spite of it being busy because of the free pancakes. I ordered coffee and a vegetable omelet to go with the pancakes. The coffee was delicious and I like that they leave the pot on the table so you don't have to wait for refills. The omelet was from their Simple & Fit menu. The omelet was really good. It had spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and Swiss cheese. It wasn't as large as some of their omelets, but it wasn't tiny either. It came with a side of fresh fruit salad. The omelet and the fruit were 330 calories. Even with the pancakes, I didn't blow my diet. The omelet was delicious and the fruit was fresh. My husband got the Swedish crepes, (to go with his free pancakes). He enjoyed both the pancakes and the crepes.

Loved this specific location until yesterday. Before then, I thought it was one of the nicer locations with lovely decor, good cleanliness and friendly staff. My experience yesterday made me change my mind. They were very busy when I went there for lunch, so I will overlook any staff issues. But the room I was in had dusty ledges, and worst of all, bugs in the salt shakers. Yuck!!! It wasn't only my table, because when I tried to get some from another table, it was in there too. We ate without additional salt and don't plan on going back.

Came here for my free Birthday meal the rooty tooty pancakes. Good place for Breakfast. Ashley provided good service. Would have given 2 stars but her service was spot on. I had 3 caddy waitresses pass me without a smile or a hello. Overall you can't go wrong with IHOP.

the service received from some obnoxious female at 10 at night was awful, couldn't make a simple substitution because I don't eat meat and wanted hash browns instead. ruined my appetite and my night. I'll probably never go there again. funny because I was a regular customer and a grateful tipper. thanks for the bad experience ihop. p.s fire the supervisor or manager working this shift because this would never happen at a restaurant where I work.

I woke up today wanting brunch, unfortunately not a lot of places offer it near where I live. Usually I wouldn't mind driving but today I was lazy so, decided to go to IHOP just 5 minutes away from my house. They don't have Eggs Benedict, which is what I usually think of when I say "brunch" but, they do serve breakfast all day and they have the Spinach and Mushroom omelet with Hollandaise Sauce, which today was the next best thing. Restaurant is clean, we were seated immediately and Lynn, our server, waisted no time to get our drink order. She was very friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. We never felt rushed, she came by several times to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our meal. Not only by my experience can I tell Lynn is a great employee there but by the way she treated the other customers, and coworkers. She was equally nice to all. Going back to the Omelet, this one I've had before and it's pretty good. It comes with pancakes, which I usually don't have but in the spirit of October/ Fall they had pumpkin pancakes so decided to try those. They are delicious, no need for butter or syrup, these are sweet, they can be dessert. This might not be what I was craving when I woke up but, I was definitely satisfied and happy with what I got. They will see me back again on another lazy weekend day.

Go for the good basic food. Question the check. Today, Sunday, at 10:15 got a table within a few minutes. Ordered very basic pancakes and crisp bacon with coffee all for 3 of us. Food arrived quickly with very courteous server. Pancakes as good as one would expect. Coffee good enough. Then got the check and found 3 different meals and prices bacon extra x2. Coffee price more than Starbucks. Probably elevated the check by $3-10 or up to 1/3 too much. When went to pay, a take out order had similar issues. Coincidence or something else?

What is their to say, it is an IHOP. This location is pretty big, and never a wait. That doesn't mean their isn't a wait, sometimes it can take a while for the hostess to come over and seat you. Most of the time here the waitresses are pretty good, but then their are times they seem to disappear and never come back to the table at all. Overall, the servers and everyone else who works here is pretty clueless. On one occasion, we had a coupon that was only good till after a certain date, and when we came here during that timeframe, the cashier told us they didn't take those anymore. After explaining the coupon, she finally got her manager who was pretty lost himself, but they finally took it off. I'm not looking for Einstein level genius here, people with just some common sense, and this place has none of it. For food, I'd pretty much stick with breakfast food, that is reliable any day and anytime. Their are always specials which give you a ton of food, and everything is pretty cheap, which in my view is the main draw. This IHOP is pretty clean, except for the occasional syrup being leftover on the table. The sterile smell is a little off-putting, like they use industrial chlorine to clean the place. The entrance when you first come in is a little awkward, as it is such a large space, but with nothing in it. Nothing special about this particular IHOP, and nothing bad about it either, it just is. Reliable for some breakfast food, and good prices. Food (C), Pricing (B+), Atmosphere (C), Service (B-)

It took them an hour to bring out our food in the first place despite the restaurant being completely dead. Then, I went to the bathroom and when I came out they had thrown away the pancake my son hadn't even started to eat and we had to wait for a new one. They didn't even bother to deduct it from the bill. Horrible.

Please train the cooks! We live close by and it's convenient, but there are menu items that you just cannot eat. And everything is so greasy. The gravy on the chicken fried steak is always GRAY. Gotten twice, gray both times. The creeps are greasy. Stick to whatever is frozen and they need to cook or fry because anything they try to actually make comes out pretty bad.

I went to this Ihop with my whole family ! it is Sunday and it is pack , they wait is not long but while you wait you see rude attitude from the manage aka the owner of this place , we were not even finished and this guy decided to take a chair from our table! He was rude to my husband grabbing him by the arm , we call the police but since it is a he said/he said; nothing come out of it!. at the end service is OK, had better ! we WILL NOT ! come back again , it is all about customer service at the end .. if you don't have a good experience then your meal will not be the same ... beware !!! go to first watch or Denny's at least over there are nice to customers!!!!!!

Three stars is pretty respectable for one of the longest running b-fast franchises in the nation. And speaking of nations, this is easily goyim heaven. Ihop isn't my first, second or even third breakfast choice in West Boca, but it is reliable and nobody can be fooled with what kind of food they have. It's also pretty kid friendly and why should I deny my son those memories that I once had as a child going to places like Ihop, HoJo or Bob Big Boys? I won't say their food is great. It does the job. But there menu is very broad so if you're with a large party this is a good place that caters to all kind of eaters. It's a safe place, like your Dennys. No frills just typical diner food. So if you're like me and impatient sometimes with the lines at First Watch, OG Pancake house or your favorite bagel joint, Ihop isn't a bad option. Beware on Sundays mornings because it seems like the herds are shuttle bused from church directly here.

It's IHOP you kinda know what your getting! Staff is friendly but usually over worke and under paid so they some times just don't give a shit!!!! Food is your typical diner food good breakfasts but they're far better at 4am after a night of heavy drinking!

Ihop has always been my 'breakfast for dinner' spot, however I had claimed it as my spot in many locations outside of Boca Raton... To my surprise we have one of these! The service was honestly very good and the staff were extremely polite and courteous. In regards to the food, when one visits a particular establishment whose primary focus is pancakes - you lower the bar in regards to all other food served. Now, I won't lie I completely pigged out and to be quite honest with you the food was all around great. French toast and pancakes were up to par. Atmosphere was nice and I was happy to not have to deal with leftover stickyness one would usually find on the table or seating at a pancake spot; extremely clean! I highly recommend this place as a late night feast, however if you choose to eat breakfast or brunch here - I won't hold it against you.

There's nothing wrong with craving some IHop at 2 in the morning, to me it's still a great places to get breakfast at anytime. I go to this ihop a lot because it literally in front of my house and the service is always good, but tonight I felt like the waiter was not feeling it today, he didn't really smile much and just seemed rushed. Havent been to ihop in awhile since there are so many other pancake places that are supposedly healthier and the service was always mediocre. They completely changed the look of their menu and added so many new things! I couldnt wait to try the brioche french toast. They dont have it plain so I asked for the toppings on the side. The french toast was really good! I also wanted to try their fish n chips but unfortunately they ran out so guess im back here again soon!! I have been lucky getting waited on by the same waitress the 2 times I came in and her service was wonderful! Now just gotta ask for her name :)

Yes, it's an IHOP. So, you know what you're getting. This one is smack in the middle of one of the busiest intersections in South Florida (Glades and 441). As such, it's a very popular locale and typically backed up. I ordered the double-blueberry pancakes. Very good. Too good. Could eat this meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our waitress was solid. She was very pleasant and efficient
